Louise has been with Washington Bikes since 1994 and is often referred to as its institutional memory. Her community outreach efforts for the WA Bikes have spawned the formation of several local friends groups, including Friends of Burke Gilman Trail in Seattle and the Fish Lake Trail Action Group in Spokane.
