Essential Biking Knowledge Class

Sliding scale registration fees available.

This interactive presentation over Zoom is the first step for being a confident and prepared bike rider. This course is a prerequisite for our on-bike group classes (both Basic and Urban Cycling Techniques) but is also informative taken on its own.

This class is excellent for both beginner and intermediate riders as we will be covering some of the basics that are often overlooked (how often should you replace your helmet) to some more nuanced road riding techniques (where to position yourself to safely make a left-hand turn on a multi-lane intersection).
