Washington has consistently been ranked the <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.constantcontact.com\/fs059\/1102316596448\/archive\/1105657834171.html\">most bike friendly state in the nation<\/a>, and we want to prove that once again by getting as many Washington state residents as possible to sign up for this free nationwide challenge, which starts May 1. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: small;\">The Challenge works like this: You register on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.endomondo.com\/campaign\/national\">National Bike Challenge website<\/a>, you log your biking miles online from May 1<sup>st<\/sup>until August 31<sup>st<\/sup>, and you compete for prizes and qualify for awards as the challenge goes along. Pretty simple stuff! You get 20 points for each day that you ride plus 1 point for each mile that you log. You can also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.endomondo.com\/campaign\/national\/download\">download a smart phone app<\/a> to log miles as you go! <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: \"Arial\",\"sans-serif\"; font-size: small;\">For a full list of rules, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.endomondo.com\/campaign\/national\/rules\">click here<\/a>.
