Compete solo or join a team and log your rides to earn prizes.<\/p>\n<p>Every mile counts! No matter how much you ride, everyone will have a chance to win through weekly Achievements. To help you gear up, Cascade has some helpful winter riding videos and maintenance classes. See a full list of Cascade&#8217;s Ride in the Rain events on their website.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you can bike during the rainiest month of the year, you&#8217;ll see that biking all year round is not only possible &#8211; with the right gear and good people, it can be fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>What is the difference between the desktop and app version of the Challenge?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Both versions are free and allow you to compete in the Ride in the Rain Challenge. The app includes real-time GPS tracking, allowing you to start and stop a trip right from the app (similar to logging an activity on Strava). If you don\u2019t have the app, you will have to manually enter your trips, inputting start and stop addresses, in order for them to count toward the Challenge.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why do you need my work and home address when I sign up?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>These addresses are used to make it easier to log your work commute. You do not have to use the exact addresses (zip code is fine, or cross streets). We do not use or distribute this information.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How do I sync my Strava account?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click \u201cAccount\u201d on the left sidebar<\/li>\n<li>Under Settings, click \u201cConnected Apps\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click Strava to link to your Strava account*<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once your Strava account is connected, your commute trips will automatically be logged and counted toward the Bike Everywhere Challenge.<\/p>\n<p>*By default, only commute trips will be logged when you sync Strava. If you want all of your bike trips from Strava to be logged, click \u201cAllow these types of trips\u201d and select \u201cAll Trips.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the Strava integration, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.rideamigos.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/39923728492823-Strava\">click here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How do I become a Team Captain?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Go go the Ride in the Rain Challenge \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cLeaderboard\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cCreate a Team\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Come up with a team name and (optional) a description<\/li>\n<li>Invite friends and coworkers to join!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*Teams are limited to 10 members.
